Phase 3 Plumbing & Water Restoration

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

Caleb and Jeremy were great to work with! They came out immediately and took care of my problem in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with their work. They kept me informed at every stage of the job. I feel that the price they charged me was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future. This company downright impressed me. They gave a strong quote over the phone to replace my water heater. He even gave me a lower price to best out a competitor with a competitive estimate of their own. The 2 man crew of Chris and Vincent were kind and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were done and were on their way. BONUS POINTS for this company, and especially Chris - I later noticed that I had lost power to my thermostat. And it said that the power went out while they were doing the work. I am no expert so I wasn’t sure what to do but I played with it for as long as I could to try and figure it out. Caleb in the office was kind enough to send Chris to check and see what was the problem and if they might have caused it. He even checked my breaker box for current and the box out here for electrical power which he didn’t need to do. we found out that the box outside did not have power. He spent about 15 to 25 minutes here just talking it through with me - and it clicked. A switch was hit in the closet that killed the power. I highly recommend this company for any work you may need. Phase 3 Plumbing is an excellent company. They value customer service and quality work. Kaleb was very knowledgeable with my plumbing issue. And offered different alternatives for solutions. Will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs.

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

Phase 3 Plumbing was able to come out and evaluate my water heater leak within 2 hours of me calling them and was able to replace my water heater the next day. Chris let me know he was on his way and replaced my electric water heater and brought everything back up to code. Price may seem high but, with the added expense of bringing my almost 20 year old connections up to code the price was good. Chris left my newly encapsulated crawl space as clean as before the work started. I definitely recommend Phase 3 Plumbing in the High Point area. I will call them again for my next plumbing needs.

I assisted my mother in arranging a toilet installation with Phase 3. She is older and gets uncomfortable with strangers in her home, so I usually stay with her for appointments.. with that being said, Kraven was so kind, courteous, and friendly to us. He explained the process and was very patient with us. My mother and I both felt very comfortable with having him inside her home. We appreciate the professionalism and great customer service provided by Kraven and the crew at Phase 3 Plumbing!

Excellent & professional experience. Meghan was very pleasant, prompt & helpful with all communications. Particularly liked that texts were sent when someone was on the way to house to do work. Kaleb was also very pleasant, as well as being quite knowledgeable, professional & helpful regarding all of the plumbing & water work being requested & done. Particularly liked Kaleb’s willingness to share information and explain things. Would definitely recommend.
